This form is to be used by individuals who wish to apply for a construction occupations licence in the ACT. Construction occupations include Builders, Building Surveyors, Building Assessors, Plumbers/Drainers/Gasfitters, Electricians, Gas Appliance Workers etc.

The form outlines the requirements for a licence, allows an individual to upload the evidence required to satisfy those requirements and charges the application fee.
