Notice of application or approval for disposal to landfill

The disposal of contaminated material to landfill in the ACT requires the approval of the Environment Protection Authority (EPA). A brief report that has been prepared in accordance with the EPA requirements and a completed Notice of application or approval for disposal to landfill must be submitted to the EPA for assessment and approval.
